Juice these daily...
Beet, Carrot, Orange Juice..a very healthy way to start the day
Ingredients-
3 large carrots peeled
2 small beets
2 large oranges peeled
Place in juicer and drink up!
Warning-Be sure to drink beet juice moderately, for it acts as a detoxification agent and may cause nausea and upset stomach. But the health benefits are worth it.

Italian Eggs Benedetto
The tastes of Italy inspired this zesty breakfast...
Ingredients
2 english muffins
4 slices of white cheddar
2 poached eggs
6 sundried tomatoes under oil
2 basil leaves
salt and pepper
Preparations
1. Lightly toast english muffins and set aside.
2. Slice cheese and place on toast and under broiler to melt cheese slightly. Add sundried tomatoes.
3. Boil water over medium to high heat in frying pan and add two eggs when water is boiling. Boil over medium heat until eggs rise to top of water approx. 3-4 minutes.
4. Spoon out poached eggs and place gently ontop of muffin with toppings.
5. Top with basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
